Peter represents and advises parties, including alleged accessories, at every stage of regulatory enforcement, from pre-proceeding investigations and examinations to final hearings on liability and penalty. Peter also advises on regulatory compliance, including design and distribution obligations, target market determinations, and unfair contract terms.
